Pedro de Icaza y Aguirre acquires the Luzarra site
Convinced of the project’s merit, Pedro de Icaza acquires the Luzarra site, adjacent to the University’s main building (the Literary University). This is where the future business university will be built – the Aguirre Viscayan Foundation’s first major project.
